Boombiotics Shipping & Delivery Policy
Free UK Delivery:

Boombiotics offers FREE standard UK 4-5 day delivery for all orders made in the UK above £50.

Ireland Delivery:

For orders to Ireland, there is a £9.99 order charge. Please expect delivery within 7 days.

International Orders:

For any other international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs charges. International shipping is £19.95.

1. Shipping & Delivery

1.1. Accuracy of Shipping Information

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including the correct recipient name, address, and contact details.

1.2. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, insufficient address, or refusal by the recipient, the customer will be responsible for the following: - **Redelivery Fee:** The customer will be charged a redelivery fee to cover the cost of reshipping the package to the correct address. The redelivery fee will be **£6.99** for UK orders. - **Original Shipping Cost:** The customer may be responsible for the original shipping cost, depending on the reason for the return.

1.3. Address Changes

If the customer needs to change the shipping address after placing an order, they must notify us immediately by contacting our customer service. We will make every effort to update the shipping address, but we cannot guarantee that the change will be made in time to prevent the package from being shipped to the original address.

2. Returns
2.1. Shipping Charges on Returns

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal by the recipient, we will not issue a refund for the original shipping cost unless the return was due to our error.

2.2. Customer Responsibility for Returns

Customers are responsible for returning any unused orders within **30 days** from receiving the parcel using their chosen courier. Please note that **we do not offer free returns**.
